Michelle has more than 19 years of legal experience in the securities services, markets, banking and finance sectors. She was previously Senior Legal Counsel at Platinum Asset Management in Sydney for four years. Prior to this, Michelle held senior legal roles at BNP Paribas Securities Services and Citi, bringing extensive experience in securities, investment, legal, compliance and regulatory matters across Australia and New Zealand to Wilson Asset Management.
