We love ReLove! This week, it was lovely to see team members from across Wilson Asset Management and Future Generation participate in a group volunteering day for ReLove.
Wilson Asset Management was established with a purpose of making a difference for our shareholders, the community and our team. We are focused on giving back to the community through the Future Generation Companies, Australia’s first listed investment companies (LICs) to deliver both investment and social returns and through philanthropic initiatives such as Pledge 1% – a global corporate philanthropy movement that commits to donating 1% of product, 1% of equity, or 1% of employee time to improve communities around the world.
ReLove are a fantastic organisation who support people moving out of crisis into long-term stable housing. They work with women and children escaping domestic violence and experiencing homelessness, people seeking asylum and coming out of incarceration, with around 35% of the people supported hailing from a First Nations background.
